On April 26, 2024, history was made! Thirty-six distinguished women of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. chartered a new chapter in Clay County, FL! We will now provide needed services to our community. Dr. Chanda Nicole Holsey is a charter member of Clay County (Florida) Alumnae Chapter.
